Praise and worship are always in order.If you don't know,just begin to look around you,or look back over your life and see where He has delivered,helped,carried,or consoled you.That will automatically build your praise and cause you to worship him.It will cause you to look and see just how undeserving we truly are which is always a forerunner to worship! Telling of his attributes is also another way to praise him.It is God who brings us out of all our troubles.Not our strength,understanding or power.Repentance is another aspect.Once we repent and really mean it,the Lord cleanses us!That's where we see our belt of truth come in.The belt of truth helps us to: Be true to God and ourselves,hold to the truth,and master our emotions(1Jn 1:9) Once he cleanses us them we can testify!That is when we know our prayers have been answered. Here is straight forward outline to follow:

- Petition
- Assurance
