Dear Lord

Dear Lord,
As I think back and reflect all that I am grateful for,I must say that you are at the very center.I thank you for waking me up 31 years(and counting) no matter how many errors made or complaints made. You have been a constant even when my mind was not on you,so I say "thank you."Thank you for food, clothing, shelter, peace of mind, and let's not forget healthy children.Thank you for the promise of the Holy Spirit that you give.Thank you for every tear you caught, every murmur you listened to with love and mercy.Thank you for not allowing my enemies to triumph over me,even when I deserved it.Thank you for pulling me out of the deep pit I had fallen into and thought I'd NEVER come out of.Thank you for mending my shattered heart over and over again....Thank you for being long suffering especially when I thought "I knew the way for sure this time!"Thank you for not condemning me when I figured out I didn't know the way and fell at your feet sobbing.Thank you for hearing every prayer and answered in your own timing, but answered nevertheless.Thank you for peace that surpasses all understanding, spiritual armor, fruit of the Spirit, and not to mention Jesus Christ!I just thought I'd write you a small note in the midst of the thanksgiving season to tell you I love you and I'm thankful for this day and every day that you have given me no matter what is happening on the outside,I have peace on the inside because greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.Thank You for saving my soul and seiing my greatness in spite of my flaws.
Love Always,
Just Nikki
