Christians and Demons

The Lord revealed having demons is a sickness. It's a sickness of the soul(Jer.17:9) that manifests IN the body or personality aka soul. When we see the outward manifestation we need to ask the Lord what the root cause is. Tbe outward manifestation is great because it indicates a need for deliverance. Just like diseases hey handed down through the family line (i.e. disbetes, cancer, sickle cell) it can just be an out working of a root issue(curse) spiritually. Only the light of His truth can expose root issues! Just like a fever, diarrhea, vomiting, indicate an issue within the body, so do the "synptoms" we exhibit of demonic molestation( bitterness,snger,rage passivity). But be careful! Some of the manifestations are simply the carnal nature at work in the person's life i.e. unbelievers lives are ungoverned by the Spirit of God. So often we get caught up in what a person is doing that we forget the why they're doing it. The things a person is doing may simply just be symptoms of the illness in their soul.
