Wonderful Journey

Last year in February, I began asking the Lord to give me a heart for people. This was a prayer I didn't realize was being prayed through me by the precious Holy Ghost! I know this because right after the Lord began to deal with me about Daniel. While watching a movie about him, I noticed how Daniel prayed for his people while they were in slavery due to their rebellion. It really amazed me how he prayed so earnestly even though they were in a foreign land due to their own sin. While listening to Daniel pray, I noticed he stood in and included himself when confessing and repenting to the Lord, even though he personally did not commit the sins. This amazed me. It was then that the Lord began to speak to me about the role of an intercessor He said "When I desire to do something for a people who are not upright before me, I send in my son or daughter. An intercessor. I will send in my intercessor to make up the hedge. i always hear the prayers of my people. I desire to see all saved and desire to have a relationship with all." This revelation gave me understanding about why I was in the neighborhood, school, and community that I was in. This gave me purpose! I then saw: I asked the lord to give me a heart for people, and he revealed the gift: an intercessor!
